Your checkup stays private until you choose to share it.
The educational checkup uses temporary page memory. Refreshing the site or starting a new checkup clears the answers. When scheduling an appointment, you can explicitly choose whether to send those answers to PolicyCheckAmerica. If you do not consent, the appointment is created without them.
Information required for an appointment
To schedule, PolicyCheckAmerica collects your first name, last name, verified email address, phone number, preferred language, selected appointment time, and time zone. A six-digit email code verifies that you can receive appointment messages at the address provided. Verification codes expire and failed attempts are limited.
How appointment information is used
The information is used to create and manage the appointment, send confirmations, provide online meeting details, prepare for the conversation, and contact you about that appointment. The appointment and any checkup answers you consent to share are available only through the private owner dashboard and the connected PolicyCheckAmerica business services.
What not to submit
Do not provide Social Security numbers, policy numbers, medical records, payment information, passwords, or sensitive documents through the appointment or checkup forms.
Service providers and security
The hosting provider processes standard connection information needed to deliver and protect the site. PolicyCheckAmerica uses its business email and calendar services to send verification messages, create appointments, check availability, and deliver confirmations. Access credentials are stored as server-side secrets, and the connected authorization token is encrypted before storage.
Website activity
The site records limited activity counts using event names, public page paths, predefined campaign labels, and timestamps. These activity records do not contain checkup answers or appointment contact information and respect supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Your choices
